Fusion Morning Blast is a 6am & 6:30am fitness class that focus on metabolic and endurance fitness training. The class is offered 5 days of the week for 45 minutes and 15 minutes of stretching and nutritional coaching.

FUSION CARDIO KICKBOXING
Our cardio kickboxing class is an energetic class that focuses on punching techniques, foot movement and explosive kicks, this class is for beginners as well as experienced strikers. This is a hands on class with a lot of bag and pad work!
FUSION STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class focuses on the aspects of sports training to help the average person become better conditioned, learn explosive movements, and challenge the body physically. This class also builds great camaraderie amongst each member.

YOUTH TEKNIQUE BOXING
Boxing fundamentals and conditioning for ages 5 to 16
Fundamentals, footwork, and conditioning are just a few aspects we teach about the sweet science! For adults ages 16 on up
Striking techniques from all Aspects of Mixed Martial Arts. Combined with intense conditioning circuits.
A blend of many grappling techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling. This class is taught in both Gi and No Gi.
Same as our Fusion Strength and Conditioning but this class gives parents a chance to train while their kids are training in our boxing or BJJ class. Keeps the whole family active for a healthy lifestyle
