Jt is a phenomenal trainer. He is very knowledgeable about world of fitness. I have observed him working with ages 5 and up and it truly amazes me to see the time and hard work that he puts in. And seeing the results are even better. If you are looking for somewhere to train this would be your spot, hands down. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I dropped in for the 6am class to give this gym a try. I’ve been following on social media for a while and decided to dive back into working out. All I can say is wow. I was so impressed, I got an amazing workout and didn’t feel defeated ( I was expecting this since I haven’t worked out in years). Edwin was encouraging and helpful and everyone else in the class were just as encouraging . I will for sure be back!
Best gym in the world! Not many places you get to train recreationally and share mat space with elite level fighters & athletes that give a helping hand! No egos here!
JT is an amazing coach! Our 10 year old son and 9 year old daughter have been training with him for the past 6 months and have developed so much athletically. He has an unbelievable rapport with all of his clients and is able to challenge them to achieve their fitness goals through positivity. He uses his calm demeanor and wealth of knowledge of fitness and boxing to gain the respect of his team and create confident athletes. You will leave the gym feeling like a part of a big family. You can't really ask for a better place to train Jiu-jitsu at. I can't speak highly enough of the people who train at this gym and the instructors. Everyone is always willing to help you with techniques and the energy in the gym is always positive.
